  • Source Network Address Translation (SNAT)

    Convert the source IP of the packet to the public network IP of the instance when accessing the public network

    • After binding the public network IP, create the corresponding SNAT rules in the vRouter, convert the source IP of the packets accessed by the instance under VPC to the public network, and use the public network IP of the NAT gateway as the source IP to access the public network.
  • Destination Network Address Translation (DNAT)

    Convert the public network IP of the instance to the private network IP of the instance when receiving the data return packet

    • When receiving the data packet, the connection tracking table converts the destination IP of the packet from the public network IP of the NAT gateway to the intranet IP of the instance in the VPC environment and routes it to the gateway of the corresponding subnet, and finally the instance receives the packet.
  • Shared Bandwidth

    Resources in the VPC environment can share the public network IP of the NAT gateway for public network access.
